Refund and Purchase Information
说明 Apple 购买、待处理、恢复购买、退款与权益回退。
Information about Apple purchases, pending states, restoration, refunds, and access changes.
1. 购买与生效
iOS 商品由 Apple 的购买界面展示并处理。确认前请核对商品名称、适用资格和 App Store 显示的本地化价格。
购买请求可能处于待处理或验证中。在 Backend canonical 会员状态确认为 active 前，高级版权益不会生效；请勿因等待而重复购买。
1. Purchase and activation
Apple displays and processes iOS purchases in its purchase sheet. Before confirming, review the product name, eligibility, and localized App Store price.
A purchase request may remain pending or under verification. Premium does not activate until backend canonical membership is confirmed active. Do not purchase again while waiting.
2. 取消与恢复购买
用户主动取消购买不视为错误。App 会保留来源页面和草稿，但不会解锁高级版权益。
恢复购买用于让 App Store 重新提供已有购买记录，并由 Backend 重新确认当前账号权益。恢复不会创建新的购买，也不能把交易转移到其他账号。
2. Cancellation and restoration
User cancellation is not treated as an error. The app preserves the previous screen and draft, but Premium does not unlock.
Restore Purchases asks the App Store to provide existing purchase history again so the backend can reconfirm access for the current account. Restoration does not create a new purchase and cannot transfer a transaction to another account.
3. 向 Apple 申请退款
Apple 处理的购买，其退款申请、资格、时限和结果以 Apple 的规则及所在地强制性消费者权利为准。可登录 Apple 的“报告问题”页面提交申请。时间记账本不保证退款获批或处理时长。
退款申请入口：https://reportaproblem.apple.com/。若该入口无法处理，请联系 Apple 支持。
3. Requesting a refund from Apple
For purchases processed by Apple, eligibility, timing, and results follow Apple's rules and mandatory consumer rights in your location. You can submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem page. Time Ledger does not guarantee approval or processing time.
Refund request: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Contact Apple Support if the request cannot be handled there.
4. 退款、撤销与权益
退款、撤销或期限失效后，canonical 权益可即时调整，不设客户端本地宽限。已有数据、配置和草稿按产品规则保留；需要高级版的操作会在提交时重新校验。
期限商品、终身商品和升级商品的退款、反转或撤销，以 Apple 已验签交易状态、Backend canonical 状态、适用法律和平台决定为准。终身权益不会被后续期限购买降级。
4. Refunds, revocations, and access
A refund, revocation, or expired fixed term may change canonical access immediately without a client-side grace period. Existing data, settings, and drafts are preserved under product rules; Premium-only operations are checked again on submission.
Refunds, reversals, and revocations for fixed-term, lifetime, or upgrade products follow Apple-verified transaction status, backend canonical status, applicable law, and Apple's decision. Lifetime access is not downgraded by a later fixed-term purchase.

Do not send your Apple Account password, full payment credentials, private keys, or other secrets. To locate an order, we may request non-secret information such as purchase date, product name, or an order identifier supplied by Apple.
