Terms of Service
本协议说明账号、同步、会员购买、用户内容与服务使用规则。
These Terms explain account, sync, membership, content, and acceptable-use rules.
1. 适用范围与接受
本协议适用于你使用时间记账本 App、账号、同步、会员及相关服务。使用服务前，请同时阅读隐私政策、退款与购买说明、价格与非自动续费说明。
当你创建账号、使用服务或确认购买时，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；所在地法律要求监护人同意的用户，应在监护人同意和指导下使用。
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to your use of the Time Ledger app, account, sync, membership, and related services. Please also read the Privacy Policy, Refund and Purchase Information, and Pricing and Non-Renewing Purchase Information.
By creating an account, using the service, or confirming a purchase, you acknowledge these Terms. Users who require guardian consent under local law must use the service with that consent and guidance.
2. 账号与安全
请妥善保护登录方式和设备。会员权益绑定 Backend 识别的当前账号；同一笔购买不能转移或同时绑定多个账号。发现异常活动时，请立即通过正式联系邮箱告知我们。
账号切换或退出登录后，App 会停止旧账号的交易协调流程；旧会话返回的结果不得写入新账号。
2. Accounts and security
Protect your sign-in methods and devices. Membership is tied to the current account recognized by the backend. A purchase cannot be transferred to or bound to multiple accounts. Contact us promptly if you detect unauthorized activity.
When you switch accounts or sign out, the app stops the previous account's transaction coordination. Results from the old session must not be applied to the new account.
3. 核心服务与同步
时间记账本帮助你记录、统计和分析时间。核心记录采用本地优先方式；跨设备同步、账号登录和会员确认可能需要网络。
我们会合理维护服务，但不保证服务永不中断，也不保证所有设备状态始终即时一致。未同步的数据可能仅存在于当前设备。
3. Core service and sync
Time Ledger helps you record, summarize, and analyze time. Core records are local-first; cross-device sync, sign-in, and membership confirmation may require a network connection.
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or instant consistency across every device. Unsynced data may exist only on the current device.
4. 会员购买
可售商品、购买资格和本地化价格以购买时 App Store 展示及服务端安全校验为准。客户端看到购买完成，不代表会员已生效；只有服务端 canonical 会员状态确认为 active 后才开放高级版权益。
月卡和年卡均为固定期限、非自动续费购买；终身版及合资格升级商品为一次购买。具体规则以价格与非自动续费说明为准。
4. Membership purchases
Available products, eligibility, and localized prices are determined by the App Store display and secure server validation at purchase time. A client-side success result does not activate membership. Premium access starts only after canonical membership is confirmed active.
The 30-day and 365-day passes are fixed-term, non-renewing purchases. Lifetime access and eligible upgrade products are one-time purchases. See the Pricing and Non-Renewing Purchase Information for details.
5. 用户内容与可接受使用
你对自己创建的记录、文字和图片负责。除提供服务所必需的有限处理外，你不会因上传内容而向我们转让内容所有权。
不得上传违法或侵权内容，不得绕过付费或权限校验、干扰服务、探测其他账号、提交伪造交易证据、破坏安全措施或利用服务从事违法活动。
5. Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the records, text, and images you create. You do not transfer ownership of your content to us except for the limited processing needed to provide the service.
Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass payment or access checks, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, submit forged transaction evidence, defeat security measures, or use the service unlawfully.
6. 变更、暂停与责任边界
为安全、合规或维护需要，我们可能调整或暂停部分服务。涉及已购权益的变化会遵守适用法律、平台规则和已公布说明。
在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按可用状态提供。时间统计和分析仅用于个人管理参考，不构成医疗、财务、法律或其他专业建议；依法不能排除或限制的责任不受本条影响。
6. Changes, suspension, and limits
We may change or pause parts of the service for security, compliance, or maintenance. Changes affecting purchased access will follow applicable law, platform rules, and published disclosures.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Time statistics and analysis are for personal organization and are not medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

在不影响你所在地强制性消费者权利的前提下，本协议适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营方住所地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

Without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your location, these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court at the operator's domicile.
